Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at the Mr. CampChamp Campingstore on the festival campsite. This can be done during the festival’s opening hours.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Bring your order confirmation (email) when you come to pick up your order. This way we can quickly find your order.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change your order. We will then see if we can still modify it before the festival starts.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If you do not pick up your order during the festival, please contact us. Together we will look at the options.
Can I also buy products at the festival itself?
Yes, you can visit the Mr. CampChamp Campingstore at the campsite. Note: products may be sold out, so we recommend ordering in advance.

Is the merchandise official festival merchandise?
Yes, the merchandise we offer is official festival merchandise.
Are rental products cheaper than buying products?
Because the products are used multiple times at different festivals, we can spread the costs and offer a lower price for rental.
Are the rental sleeping bags clean?
All sleeping bags are professionally dry cleaned after each use so they are 99.9% clean and bacteria-free for the next user.
Can the merchandise items sell out?
Yes, certain merchandise can sell out. We therefore recommend ordering early to be sure of your product.
Have the rental products already been checked for use?
Yes, all rental products are inspected and prepared for the festival to ensure they are in good condition.
